Installation Services
The Installation Process
We collect the product at the beginning of the morning, let you know 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment that we’re on the way. Once we arrive we’ll walk the house with you and answer any questions or concerns you have before getting started. After that we prepare and begin install. Once everything is installed successfully we walk the house again with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your installation, you will then sign off and we’ll leave with a smile on our face!
What makes a 5-Star Installation
A 5-Star installation starts with your in-home consultation and ends once the product is installed. It starts with the initial walk-through and giving the customers a glimpse into what to expect. We build a relationship with our customers by building trust, displaying professionalism, and making sure we leave the space as clean as we found it. We make sure to inform how the products work, how to clean them, and make sure we complete any maintenance and repairs.
Warranty
How We Resolve Warranty Issues
We stock our vans with additional parts to address common issues like damage that occurred during shipping or manufacturing defects. If we are unable to repair on site, we’ll submit a repair and our office will reach out to the manufacturer to reorder or remake the parts.
How We Resolve Issues
First, we find the issues, and try and current it on site if possible. If we’re not able to fix it on site, we’ll write up a repair log. A repair log details the issue including a detailed description and images or videos. We submit the log to our office to follow up and ensure the repair will be completed.
