An Overwhelming Window Treatment Decision
This particular customer had some pretty big changes happen in her life. Losing her husband was devastating, but she also had a new home. Juggling the loss of her partner while preparing for her move-in day was a lot to handle.
One essential task she needed to take care of before she could stay in the new house was getting the right window coverings. Since she knew our team and enjoyed working with us in the past, she was quick to call us once again.

Once we had all the information we needed to get her project started, we ordered her new window coverings and got ready for the installation date.

A few weeks later, our homeowner called to say she received the keys to her new home and would be staying there for the first time that night. While she was looking forward to this new chapter of her life, one thing was missing – her sense of security.
Unfortunately, we were still waiting for her new interior shutters to arrive. And her installation day was still in the distant future.
She expressed her concern over staying in the home without window coverings. Andrew offered her the courtesy of installing temporary window shades that very day.
With the customer’s approval, he was there at 9 pm installing window shades. For Andrew, there was no other way his day was going to end – his customer was going to feel comfortable in her new home with the window coverings she needed.
