Great customer service from the team!
We were referred to Southwest Blinds and Shutters by our neighbor, we were looking to purchase blinds for our 20' slider. Janet was very knowledgeable, and helped us select a fabric and style that fit our needs. Since this was a new product, Louie had some trouble synching one of the panels. He was here for several hours and was not able to get the panel working correctly, not for lack of trying. He assured us that he would get someone here who could synch the panel, which he did. Wyatt came and was able to synch the panel with the others and they are working great. They are beautiful and functional. We are very happy with the product and great customer service from the team.

I had a great experience with Southwest Blinds and Shutters. Pavlina, my saleswomen, was very knowledgeable and helpful, having a background in design, which came in very handy to assist me with my selection! She even came back a second time when I wasn't sure of the choice, and we went through the options a second time. The install guys, Steve and Brad, were also knowledgeable and efficient. Steve pointed out the imperfections due to uneven window pockets, and then proceeded to make adjustments as best a possible with some shims. I really appreciated his pointing out those issues when he was here, so I didn't notice after they left, and they were able to make the adjustments right then. The only downside was the wait time. It took exactly 8 weeks from the first visit until install, however, they did supply and install temporary paper shades on the day of measuring.

We recently purchased a new home and contacted Southwest Blinds and Shutters for information on Plantation Shutters and a large power sunscreen. I couldn't be more impressed with this company! My first interaction was with my salesperson, Rob, who called the night prior to our appointment to introduce himself prior to showing up at my home- what a classy touch! He showed up on time, was extremely thorough with his information, and never at one time did I feel pressured to purchase. Because this was such a large purchase I did meet with other companies as well, and ultimately went with Rob and Southwest Blinds and shutters. Honestly they were not the lowest price, but I was sold on the quality and service demonstrated. The products arrived and were installed sooner than the date estimated. The installation teams sent to my home were respectful and professional and did a fantastic job! We couldn't be more pleased with the products and our decision to go with Southwest Blinds and Shutters!

WOW!!! Josh was absolutely the very best installer I’ve had in my home. All the measurements for installation were perfection, removed all wrappings, took away all the old window coverings. Answered all my questions gave me advice on how to open and close for the best Lighting and privacy. Southwest blinds certainly have the greatest employees in Josh and Kelly.
